目的：探讨宫颈癌晚期患者的护理方法。方法：收治宫颈癌晚期介入治疗患者42例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采取常规护理，治疗组给予充分的术前准备，术后密切观察及施行有效的护理措施，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组显效率及肿块消除情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对于宫颈癌晚期患者，做好术前准备及术后护理是临床治疗的关键，可显著提高疗效，降低不良反应发生率，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토궁경암만기환자적호리방법。방법：수치궁경암만기개입치료환자42례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조채취상규호리，치료조급여충분적술전준비，술후밀절관찰급시행유효적호리조시，비교량조료효。결과：관찰조현효솔급종괴소제정황균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：대우궁경암만기환자，주호술전준비급술후호리시림상치료적관건，가현저제고료효，강저불량반응발생솔，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the nursing method for patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods:42 patients with advanced cervical cancer and interventional therapy were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given full preoperative preparation,close observation after operation and effective nursing measures,we compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The effective rate and the elimination of tumor mass of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For advanced cervical cancer patients,good preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing were the keys to clinical treatment,it can significantly improve the curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
