目的研究循证护理应用在重型颅脑损伤患者中的价值,给临床护理提供依据.方法以我院80例重型颅脑损伤患者为对象,分成循证组和常规组各40例,常规组给予常规护理,循证组给予循证护理,比较患者治疗期间并发症的发生和运动能力、生活能力的恢复情况.结果循证组患者发生肺部感染、颅内高压及压疮的几率较常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在出院1个月后运动能力及生活能力的评价方面,循证组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论循证护理应用在重型颅脑损伤患者中,不仅可降低治疗中各种并发症的发生,还有利于患者运动及生活能力的恢复.

Objective To research the value of evidence-based care in patients with severe brain injury,to provide the basis for clinical care.Methods 80 cases in our hospital with severe brain injury patients chose as objects,devided into evidence-based group and the conventional group, and 40 cases each. Conventional group received usual care,evidence-based group received evidence-based care. more patients treated during the occurrence of complications and sports ability, viability of recovery.Results In the evidence-based group,the risk of patients' suffering from pulmonary infection, intracranial pressure and pressure sores was lower than the conventional group. The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). 0ne month after being out of hospital,in terms of the evaluation of life and sports skils,the evidence-based group was better than the conventional group. The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Using evidence-based nursing on patients with severe traumatic brain injury not only can reduce the incidence of various complication,but also be helpful for the recovery of life and sports skils.
