目的：探讨针刺治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效以及护理方法。方法：收治非酒精性脂肪肝患者110例，分为两组。给予对照组药物治疗，给予观察组针刺治疗。观察治疗效果。结果：观察组痊愈率69.1%，总有效率96.4%，均高于对照组，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用针刺方法治疗脂肪肝具有良好的临床效果。

목적：탐토침자치료비주정성지방간적료효이급호리방법。방법：수치비주정성지방간환자110례，분위량조。급여대조조약물치료，급여관찰조침자치료。관찰치료효과。결과：관찰조전유솔69.1%，총유효솔96.4%，균고우대조조，조간비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：채용침자방법치료지방간구유량호적림상효과。
Objective:To discuss the curative effect and nursing method of non alcohol fatty liver disease treated with acupuncture therapy.Methods:110 patients with non alcohol fatty liver disease were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The patients in the control group were treated by medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated by acupuncture therapy.Then we observed the treatment effect.Results:The cured rate of the observation group was 69.1%.The total effective rate was 96.4%.They were higher than those of the control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of treating fatty liver disease with acupuncture therapy is good.
