目的探讨老年肺大疱患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的麻醉方法。方法9例老年肺大疱患者在喉罩全麻下行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，术中采取小潮气量、低压力、高频率全麻，比较患者术中生命体征和气道压力的变化。结果9例患者术中生命体征平稳，气道压力较气腹前升高（ P ﹤0.05），患者均顺利完成手术，未发生气胸。结论喉罩下小潮气量、低压力、高频率全麻，用于老年肺大疱患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行。
목적탐토노년폐대포환자복강경담낭절제술적마취방법。방법9례노년폐대포환자재후조전마하행복강경담낭절제술，술중채취소조기량、저압력、고빈솔전마，비교환자술중생명체정화기도압력적변화。결과9례환자술중생명체정평은，기도압력교기복전승고（ P ﹤0.05），환자균순리완성수술，미발생기흉。결론후조하소조기량、저압력、고빈솔전마，용우노년폐대포환자복강경담낭절제술안전가행。
Objective To explore the method of anesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with pulmonary bulla. Methods Nine elderly patients with pulmonary bulla underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy with laryngeal mask anesthesia and low tidal vol-ume,low pressure and high frequency of general anesthesia. The changes of vital signs and airway pressure in the patients were analyzed. Results Nine patients had stable vital signs during the operation. The airway pressure was increased after pneumoperitoneum( P ﹤ 0. 05). The patients underwent surgery and had no pneumothorax. Conclusion With low tidal volume,low pressure,high frequency of general anesthesia,laparo-scopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible for elderly patients with pulmonary bulla.
