目的 探究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病采用早期治疗和护理干预的应用效果和临床价值.方法 选取我院68例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿,均接受早期综合治疗,之后根据数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各组均34例,分别采用常规护理和护理干预+常规护理,观察比较两种不同护理方法的临床应用效果.结果 护理后观察组患儿NBNA(新生儿神经行为测定)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),且干预后观察组患儿第3、6、9以及12个月龄时DQ(发育商)值均高于对照组(P<0.05),多项数据比较差异具有统计学意义.结论 缺氧缺血性脑病患儿采用临床早期治疗和护理干预,可有效提高新生儿神经行为测定评分,促进其智力发育.

Objective To explore application effect and clinical value of newborn hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy with early treatment and nursing intervention. Methods Chose 68 cases of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,they were divided into control group and observation group,each 34 cases. Conventional nursing care and nursing intervention were used respectively to the two groups,then observed the clinical application effect of two different nursing method.Results The observation group after nursing,children'NBNA(neonatal neurobehavioral scores) scores was higher than the control group(P<0.05). And after the intervention of children at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of age DQ (developmental quotient)values were higher than control group (P<0.05), a number of data had statistic value.Conclusion Children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy used early clinical treatment and nursing intervention,which can effectively improve the determination of neonatal neurobehavioral scores,promote their mental development.
