目的 运用免疫组化法检测CD133和VEGF蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达,并分析它们与临床病理参数的相关性及生物学意义.方法 采用免疫组化法检测60例上皮性卵巢癌组织中CDl33及VEGF的表达情况.结果 (1)随卵巢癌分化程度降低,CD133及VEGF的阳性表达率增高,三组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)Spearman相关性分析显示CD133表达与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.663,P<0.05).结论 CDl33及VEGF的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的恶性程度有相关性,且两因子间呈正相关.

Objective Using immunohistochemical methods to detect CD133 and VEGF protein expression in ovarian cancer,and analyzing their correlation with the clinical pathological parameters and biological significance.Methods Using immunohistochemical method to detect CDl33 in 60 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissue and the expression of VEGF.Results (1)With the decreasing of ovarian cancer differentiation degree, the positive expression rate of CD133 and VEGF was obviously increased, compared between the three groups,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). (2)The Spearman correlation analysis showed positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and expression of CD133(r=0.663, P<0.05).Conclusion CDl33 and VEGF expression correlated with the malignant degree and epithelial ovarian cancer,and the two factors were positively correlated.
