目的 探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子在子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜中的表达,并分析其临床意义.方法 收集30例不同分期子宫内膜移位症患者的异位内膜、同期30例典型异位内膜组织患者的在位内膜,以30名自愿刮宫的正常人的正常子宫内膜组织为对照.采用免疫组化的方法检测巨噬细胞移动抑制因子的表达水平.结果 结果显示,异位内膜中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子表达水平高于在位内膜,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;在位内膜中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子表达水平高于正常内膜,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子的表达水平提升,这与子宫内膜异位症的形成与发展有着密切的关联性,因此临床上将巨噬细胞移动抑制因子表达水平的检测作为判断治疗子宫内膜异位症的关键依据.

Objective To study the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor in patients with endometrial endometriosis and analyze its clinical significance.MethodsColection of 30 patients with different stages of ectopic endometrium of endometriosis patients,30 patients with typical of ectopic endometrium tissue were in the same period in ectopic,voluntary and curettage in 30 normal endometrial tissue for comparison. Using immunohistochemical methods to detect the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor levels. ResultsThe results showed that macrophage migration inhibitory factor in ectopic endometrium expression level was significantly higher than endometrial in the position,P<0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant. In the position expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor in the level was significantly higher than that of normal endometrium,P<0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion In patients with endometriosis endometrial,the macrophage migration inhibitory factor expression level improved significantly,with the formation and development of endometriosis have close correlation. Therefore,the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor is the key for the treatment of endometriosis.
