目的 探讨骨科植入性手术围手术期安全管理.方法 采用手术室供应室一体化的管理模式,完善管理制度,制定标准化流程,对骨科植入性手术围术期各环节进行规范化管理,由供应室专职人员在术前对植入物、外来手术器械进行接收、消毒灭菌、监测,从源头上做好感染控制,手术室术中按标准化流程对植入物、手术器械、人员、患者进行规范化管理和操作.结果 通过对骨科植入性手术围术期进行全面监管,无不良事件及医疗纠纷发生.结论 运用手术室供应室一体化管理模式对骨科植入性手术进行安全管理,有效地控制感染,降低手术风险,提高手术质量.

목적 탐토골과식입성수술위수술기안전관리.방법 채용수술실공응실일체화적관리모식,완선관리제도,제정표준화류정,대골과식입성수술위술기각배절진행규범화관리,유공응실전직인원재술전대식입물、외래수술기계진행접수、소독멸균、감측,종원두상주호감염공제,수술실술중안표준화류정대식입물、수술기계、인원、환자진행규범화관리화조작.결과 통과대골과식입성수술위술기진행전면감관,무불량사건급의료규분발생.결론 운용수술실공응실일체화관리모식대골과식입성수술진행안전관리,유효지공제감염,강저수술풍험,제고수술질량.
Objective Discussion on perioperative Safety Management of orthopedic implant surgery.Methods Using integrated operating room supply room management to improve the management system,to develop standardized processes, implant orthopedic perioperative management of all aspects of standardization. The supply room full-time staff in preoperative implants,surgical instruments,foreign reception for receiving, disinfection,monitoring.Good infection control from the source,the operating room for surgery according to standardized processes conduct standardized management for implants,surgical instruments,personnel,management and operation standardized patients.Results Through perioperativecomprehensive monitoring in the orthopedic implant surgery,had no adverse events and medical disputes. Conclusion Use of operating room supply room integrated management model for orthopedic implant surgery,reduce the risk of surgery and improve the quality of surgery.
