目的 探讨确保临床输血安全有效的措施.方法 通过对我院输血前的准备、输血中、输血后的监控,确定输血的规范管理.结果 通过实施输血规范管理,加强临床输血中主要问题及关键点控制,可提高临床输血的安全性.结论 对临床输血各环节规范管理,能够消除输血工作中存在的隐患,减少差错的发生,保障输血安全.

Objective To explore the management of blood transfusion to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion in the hospital.Methods In the preparation for the hospital transfusion,though blood transfusion, blood transfusion after monitoring to determine the blood transfusion management.Results Through blood transfusion standard management,strengthening the main problems and key points in clinical blood transfusion control can improve the safety of clinical blood transfusion.Conclusion Al aspects of the management of blood transfusion can eliminate the hidden trouble in the work of blood transfusion,reduce the occurrence of errors,and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
