运用元分析法、非参与式观察法、事件访谈法和问卷调查法，探究了中小学校长变革型领导行为效能的评价模型．通过小范围测试和大样本调查，分析结果表明：中小学校长变革型领导行为效能的指标主要包括学校目标达成、学校组织氛围、教师组织承诺和学生学习满意度4个因子，且4个因子的累计方差贡献率为61.307％；对评价模型的信度、效度以及验证性因子分析表明，中小学校长变革型领导行为效能的评价模型具有良好的测量学性能．

Leadership Effectiveness is a comprehensive evaluation of leader behavior scale .Element analysis using non-participant observation ,narrative interview s and questionnaires ,explore transformational lead-ership school evaluation model of leadership effectiveness .Measured by small-scale and large-sample sur-vey test results showed that :index evaluation Transformational Leadership School Leadership Effective-ness includes school goals to reach ,the school organizational climate ,organizational commitment of teach-ers and students learning satisfaction four factors ,and a total of four factors variance contribution rate of 61 .307% ;reliability evaluation model ,validity and confirmatory factor analysis showed that transforma-tional leadership evaluation model for school leadership effectiveness have good measurement properties .
