采用HPLC对细辛挥发油提取物中马兜铃酸A进行检测分析,并对其含量测定方法进行研究.方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱分离填充剂,确定细辛挥发油提取物中马兜铃酸A的检测方法,流动相为乙腈甲酸(1.0%,35∶65);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长250 nm ;柱温35℃.结果:该测定方法系统适用性良好,马兜铃酸A在体积浓度为0.505~2.525μg/m L范围内线性关系良好( r=0.9994),且回收率较高,经分析比较,该细辛挥发油提取物中检测未含有马兜铃酸A.结论:该测定方法灵敏准确,适用于细辛挥发油提取物中马兜铃酸A的测定分析,细辛挥发油提取物的使用较为安全.

Establishing a HPLC method for analyzing the Aristolochie Acid A of the volatile oil from Asa-rum heterotropoides ,this method is used to determine the content of Aristolochie Acid A in Asarum vola-tile oil through study on extracted Asarum volatile oil .An Agilent Hypersil ODS C18 column has been used .The mobile phase was acetonitrile and containing 0 .1 % formic acid in the water (35∶65 ,V/V ) . The flow rate was 1 .0 ml/min .The UV wave length was set at 250 nm and the column temperature at 30℃ .Results show that applicability of the method system is good .The linear relationship between the concentration ranges at 0 .505-2 .525 μg/ml was good .The result shows that there is not contains Aris-tolochie Acid A in the Asarum volatile oil .It is concluded that the method is stable and highly sensitive for determination of Aristolochie Acid A in the Asarum volatile oil ,which promises the safe usage .
