目的:探究术后护理对Allen’s打击法制备SD大鼠SCI模型的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为普通饲养组(A组)与饲养护理组(B组),每组20只。两组均使用Allen’s打击法制备SCI大鼠模型,分别实施相应护理4周,观察其并发症的情况,并记录每组大鼠死亡数量与时间。结果:模型制备前1 d分别与模型制备后1、7、14、28 d大鼠的BBB评分比较,两组组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组模型死亡情况与并发症出现情况明显较A组减少。A组死亡时间多分布在7 d左右,B组死亡时间无明显密集区。A组大鼠死亡率为80%,B组死亡率为30%。结论:大鼠SCI模型制备成功,有效的术后护理能够明显降低模型大鼠的死亡率,并延缓死亡时间,提高实验模型样本量。

Objective:To explore the effect of post-operative care on Allen’s SCI model of SD rats.Method:40 SD rats were randomly divided into general feeding group(A group) and nursing group(B group),20 rats in each group.Two groups used Allen’s method for the preparation of SCI rat model,the implementation of corresponding nursing for 4 weeks,the complications were observed,and each rat quantity and time of death also were recorded.Result:The BBB score of 1,7,14,28 d after operation were compared with before preparation operation,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The mortality and complications of B group were significantly decreased compared with A group.The death time death of A group were distributed around 7 d,B group was no significant death-intensive areas.The rats mortality rate of A group was 80%,B group was 30%.Conclusion:The rat model of SCI is successfully prepared,and effective nursing can significantly reduce the mortality of rats,and prolong the survival time,improve the experimental sample size model.
