目的:探讨miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取甲状腺乳头状癌(30例)、甲状腺良性病变(25例)及正常甲状腺组织(25例)共80例。采用real-time PCR法检测miR-NA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌组织、良性病变组织及正常甲状腺组织样本中的表达,并分析miRNA-221的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的临床病理特征的相关性。结果 miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达明显高于甲状腺良性病变组织和正常甲状腺组织(P<0.05);miRNA-221的表达水平与甲状腺乳头状癌组织的病理分级具有明显的相关性(r=0.823,P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达升高,且与甲状腺乳头状癌的组织病理分级相关,miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展中有重要作用。

Objective To explore the miRNA-221 expression in thyroid neoplasms and its clinical pathological features. Method A total of 80 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma (30 cases), thyroid benign lesions (25 cases) and normal thyroid (25 cases) were included in this study. Real-time PCR was applied in detecting miRNA-221 ex-pression in thyroid papillary carcinoma, benign lesions and normal thyroid tissue samples, besides, the correlation be-tween miRNA-221 expression and clinical pathological features of thyroid papillary carcinoma was analyzed. Result The real-time PCR showed that the miRNA-221 expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue is significantly high-er than that in either benign lesions or normal thyroid tissue (P<0.05), and the expression level was significantly asso-ciated with pathological staging of thyroid papillary carcinoma (r=0.823, P<0.05). Conclusion The miRNA-221 ex-pression is increased in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues, and is correlated with the pathological staging of thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue, suggesting that the miRNA-221 is significantly engaged in the occurrence and develop-ment of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
