对隔夜皂化法检验白酒总酯含量进行了实验研究,结果表明,在20℃下,静置16 h,得到的实验结果与回流皂化法测得的结果有很好的一致性,相对标准偏差为1.5%~2.1%,加标回收率为98.4~102.9%。

The total ester content in liquor with overnight saponification was experimentally studied, the results showed that at 20 ℃,standing 16h,the experimental results obtained with the results of reflux saponification are in good agreement with the relative standard deviation 1.5% to 2.1% and the recovery rate was 98.4 ~102.9%.
