研究了除草剂氟丙嘧草酯的合成方法。以2-氯-5-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经过酯化、还原、异氰酸化、环合4步反应制得氟丙嘧草酯。在适宜的条件下,制得的氟丙嘧草酯的质量分数为99.5%,总收率为55.5%。
研究瞭除草劑氟丙嘧草酯的閤成方法。以2-氯-5-硝基苯甲痠為原料,經過酯化、還原、異氰痠化、環閤4步反應製得氟丙嘧草酯。在適宜的條件下,製得的氟丙嘧草酯的質量分數為99.5%,總收率為55.5%。
연구료제초제불병밀초지적합성방법。이2-록-5-초기분갑산위원료,경과지화、환원、이청산화、배합4보반응제득불병밀초지。재괄의적조건하,제득적불병밀초지적질량분수위99.5%,총수솔위55.5%。
The synthesis of Butafenacil was studied in this paper.Butafenacil was synthesized from 2-chlor -5 -nitrobenzoic acid via four steps including esterification,reduction,isocyanation and cycliza-tion.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the purity was 99.5%,the total yield of butafenacil was 55.5%.The synthesis method was safe and simple in operation,suitable for industrical production .
