主要简述脑小血管病（cerebral small vessel disease，SVD）与血管性认知功能障碍（vascular cognitive impair-ment，VCI）的关系。SVD 包括腔隙性脑梗死、脑微出血、脑白质病变或脑白质疏松三种类型，三者均与 VCI 密切相关，均可导致认知功能下降。因 SVD 起病隐袭，在临床工作中常被忽略，早发现、早干预 SVD 对预防 VCI 至关重要。

ABSTRACT:This paper reviews the relationship between cerebral small vessel disease (SVD)and vas-cular cognitive impairment (VCI).SVD includes lacunar infarction,cerebral microbleeds,and white mat-ter lesions or leukoaraiosis.The three types of SVD are closely correlated with VCI and can result in cog-nitive decline.Because of the insidious onset,SVD is often neglected in the clinical work.Therefore,early detection and intervention of SVD are very important for the prevention of VCI.
