大规模风电并网对电力系统的优化调度提出了新的挑战。通过用三元区间数刻画负荷与风电输出功率的不确定性,建立了区间动态经济调度模型。模型以常规机组的发电成本最小为目标,考虑了对应净负荷区间中值和区间上下限的机组出力调整约束;引入了调度权重的概念,通过对不同权重下机组出力的比较,分析了以三元区间数刻画负荷和风电输出功率的不确定性对系统有功调度的影响。利用MATLAB二次规划程序包对所建模型进行求解,以IEEE-30节点系统为例进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明所列区间动态经济调度模型对风电与负荷的随机变化具有较好的适应性。

Large-scale wind power grid to optimal operation of the power system puts forward a new challenge. In this paper,using the ternary interval uncertainty of the load and wind power output interval dynamic schedu-ling model is established. By conventional thermal power unit,the model of minimum cost as the goal,consider the corresponding net load values and interval of upper and lower adjusting the output of generating unit. And introduce the concept of the scheduling weights,and through the comparison of the output of generating unit under different weights,analysis the three yuan interval number of load and wind power output uncertainty on the influence of the active scheduler. With the method of solving quadratic programming in MATLAB,IEEE -30 nodes system,for example has carried on the simulation,the simulation results show that the proposed inter-val dynamic economic dispatch method has the ability to cope with load of random variation.
