通过随机激励下金属橡胶减振器减振机理深入研究,在线性随机振动理论基础上结合金属橡胶非线性力学特性,推导金属橡胶减振系统均方根加速度响应近似求解公式。对金属橡胶减振器进行正弦扫频及随机振动试验,研究预紧量与振动量级对金属橡胶减振器振动特性影响,并将理论计算与试验结果比较研究,分析误差产生原因、确定公式适用范围。
通過隨機激勵下金屬橡膠減振器減振機理深入研究,在線性隨機振動理論基礎上結閤金屬橡膠非線性力學特性,推導金屬橡膠減振繫統均方根加速度響應近似求解公式。對金屬橡膠減振器進行正絃掃頻及隨機振動試驗,研究預緊量與振動量級對金屬橡膠減振器振動特性影響,併將理論計算與試驗結果比較研究,分析誤差產生原因、確定公式適用範圍。

Basedonatheoreticalvibrationattenuationmechanismofmetalrubberdamperunderrandomvibration, the theory of linear random vibration,as well as the nonlinear mechanical characteristics of metal rubber,a formula for the description of root-mean-square acceleration response of metal rubber damper system under random vibration was derived. Sweep sine experiment and random vibration experiment were performed to study the effects of preloading and vibration level on the vibration characteristics of metal rubber damper.The theoretical calculation results were compared with the experimental ones,and the range for practical use of the formula was determined.
