多孔硅具有非常高的比表面积和理论比容量,将多孔硅与炭材料复合得到的多孔硅/炭复合材料具有良好的导电性,这些特点为制备高性能电吸附电极材料提供了条件。本文综述了目前应用于电吸附技术的各种电极材料并从多孔硅/炭复合材料的制备方法方面讨论了多孔硅/炭复合材料的研究现状,同时,对多孔硅/炭复合材料应用于电吸附电极材料的制备进行了展望。

Porous silicon has a very high specific surface area and theoretical specific capacity,Porous silicon and carbon composite of the porous silicon/carbon composite material has good electrical conductivity,These characteristics for the preparation of high-performance electric adsorption electrode materials.
