目的：探讨吸烟患者全身麻醉后术后恶心呕吐（PONV ）发生率的性别差异。方法：选取我院2014年5月－2015年5月腹腔镜手术患者240例临床资料，其中，男性吸烟组（A 组）60例，非吸烟组（B 组）60例；女性吸烟组（C组）60例，非吸烟组（D 组）60例。记录患者术后24h 内恶心、呕吐的发生情况，恶心、呕吐的程度以及需要抗恶心、呕吐治疗的患者例数。统计 PONV 的发生率和 PONV 程度的评分，分析吸烟对全身麻醉后 PONV 发生率是否存在性别差异。结果：术后24h 内 A 组未发生 PONV 患者例数明显多于 B 组（P＜0．05），A 组总 PONV 发生率明显低于 B组（P＜0．05），A 组 PONV 达Ⅳ级而使用抗恶心、呕吐药物干预病例明显少于 B 组（P＜0．05）；C 组与 D 组相比患者未发生 PONV 例数、总 PONV 发生率及 PONV 达Ⅳ级而使用抗恶心、呕吐药物干预病例无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。结论：吸烟患者全身麻醉后 PONV 的发生率存在性别差异，吸烟能明显降低男性患者 PONV 的发生率，但是吸烟不能降低女性患者 PONV 的发生率。

목적：탐토흡연환자전신마취후술후악심구토（PONV ）발생솔적성별차이。방법：선취아원2014년5월－2015년5월복강경수술환자240례림상자료，기중，남성흡연조（A 조）60례，비흡연조（B 조）60례；녀성흡연조（C조）60례，비흡연조（D 조）60례。기록환자술후24h 내악심、구토적발생정황，악심、구토적정도이급수요항악심、구토치료적환자례수。통계 PONV 적발생솔화 PONV 정도적평분，분석흡연대전신마취후 PONV 발생솔시부존재성별차이。결과：술후24h 내 A 조미발생 PONV 환자례수명현다우 B 조（P＜0．05），A 조총 PONV 발생솔명현저우 B조（P＜0．05），A 조 PONV 체Ⅳ급이사용항악심、구토약물간예병례명현소우 B 조（P＜0．05）；C 조여 D 조상비환자미발생 PONV 례수、총 PONV 발생솔급 PONV 체Ⅳ급이사용항악심、구토약물간예병례무통계학차이（P＞0．05）。결론：흡연환자전신마취후 PONV 적발생솔존재성별차이，흡연능명현강저남성환자 PONV 적발생솔，단시흡연불능강저녀성환자 PONV 적발생솔。
Objective :Discuss gender differences on smoking patients after general anesthesia in the incidence rate of postoperative nausea and vomiting .Methods :Selection in May 2014 to May 2015 ,fitting line of 240 cases of laparoscopic surgery patients .The smoking group (A) ,male 60 cases ,non smoking group (B) in 60 cases ;female smoking group (C) in 60 cases ,non smoking group (D) in 60 cases .Records of patients of postoperative nausea and vomiting in 24 hours ,the degree of nausea and vomiting and cases patients needing treatment resistance of nausea and vomiting .Sta‐tistics the incidence of PONV and the degree of PONV score ,sex differences in analysis of smoking on the prevention of PONV .Results :A group within 24h after surgery group of PONV in patients were obviously redundant B group (P< 0 .05) ,the total incidence of PONV A group was obviously lower B group (P< 0 .05) ,the A group of PONV Ⅳ lev‐el and use of nausea and vomiting cases drug intervention obviously less than the B group (P< 0 .05) ;C with D group compared with patients without PONV cases ,total incidence of PONV and PONV Ⅳ level and use of nausea and vomi‐ting drug intervention in cases of no statistical difference (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :Smoking can obviously reduce the in‐cidence of PONV male patients ,but smoking can not reduce the incidence of PONV female patients .
