目的：观察腰硬联合麻醉对经尿道前列腺电切术患者的效果。方法：将106例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各53例。对照组患者实行连续硬膜外麻醉，观察组患者给予腰硬联合麻醉。对比两组患者的麻醉起效时间、血压、心率、血氧饱和度及麻醉效果。结果：观察组患者的麻醉起效时间明显早于对照组（P＜0．01）；两组患者的血压、心率及血氧饱和度均无显著差别（P＞0．05）；观察组患者的麻醉优良率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：腰硬联合麻醉用于经尿道前列腺电切术患者起效快，麻醉效果好，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰요경연합마취대경뇨도전렬선전절술환자적효과。방법：장106례경뇨도전렬선전절술환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각53례。대조조환자실행련속경막외마취，관찰조환자급여요경연합마취。대비량조환자적마취기효시간、혈압、심솔、혈양포화도급마취효과。결과：관찰조환자적마취기효시간명현조우대조조（P＜0．01）；량조환자적혈압、심솔급혈양포화도균무현저차별（P＞0．05）；관찰조환자적마취우량솔명현고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：요경연합마취용우경뇨도전렬선전절술환자기효쾌，마취효과호，치득림상추엄。
Objective :To observe the effects of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia of patients with transurethral resection of prostate .Methods :106 patients with transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into observa ‐tion group and control group ,53 cases each .The control group patients were given continual epidural anesthesia ,the observation group patients were given combined spinal and epidural anesthesia .The anesthetic onset time ,the blood pressure ,the heart rate , the blood oxygen saturation and the rate of good anesthesia was compared between two groups .Results :The anesthetic onset time of the observation group patients was remarkably earlier than that in control group (P< 0 .01) .There was no significant difference in the blood pressure ,the heart rate and the blood oxygen satu‐ration between the two groups (P> 0 .05) .The rate of good anesthesia of the observation group patients was evidently higher than that of control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :The combined spinal and epidural anesthesia has a rapid onset and good anesthetic effect .It’s worthy of clinical promotion .
