针对传统近海藻类监测的局限性,提出了一种新的藻类监测的方法。利用435 nm的激光器作为激发光源,得到波长为685 nm左右的藻类荧光图像,以发出的荧光强度图像的灰度值大小来表征水中藻类的浓度。通过实验确定了激发激光器的功率以及检测样品室的高度,结果表明,合理设计激发激光器的功率与检测样品室的高度,可以得到藻类浓度与荧光图像的灰度值之间的线性关系,为无人驾驶环境监测船提供了新的藻类检测方法。
針對傳統近海藻類鑑測的跼限性,提齣瞭一種新的藻類鑑測的方法。利用435 nm的激光器作為激髮光源,得到波長為685 nm左右的藻類熒光圖像,以髮齣的熒光彊度圖像的灰度值大小來錶徵水中藻類的濃度。通過實驗確定瞭激髮激光器的功率以及檢測樣品室的高度,結果錶明,閤理設計激髮激光器的功率與檢測樣品室的高度,可以得到藻類濃度與熒光圖像的灰度值之間的線性關繫,為無人駕駛環境鑑測船提供瞭新的藻類檢測方法。
침대전통근해조류감측적국한성,제출료일충신적조류감측적방법。이용435 nm적격광기작위격발광원,득도파장위685 nm좌우적조류형광도상,이발출적형광강도도상적회도치대소래표정수중조류적농도。통과실험학정료격발격광기적공솔이급검측양품실적고도,결과표명,합리설계격발격광기적공솔여검측양품실적고도,가이득도조류농도여형광도상적회도치지간적선성관계,위무인가사배경감측선제공료신적조류검측방법。
Aimed at the limitations of traditional offshore algae monitoring,this paper proposes a new method of algae monitoring. Using 435nm laser as the excitation light source,fluorescence images of algae at wavelength 685nm were obtained,the concentration of algae in the water was characterized by gray value of the fluores-cence intensity. The power of the excited laser and the height of the sample chamber were determined by exper-iments,the results show that it can get the relationship between algae concentration and the gray value of fluo-rescence image is linear through reasonable design of the power and height of the sample chamber. It provides a new detecting method for unmanned environment surveillance ship.
