目的：探讨髋关节置换术中应用不同麻醉药物对麻醉效果的影响。方法：2011年2月-2015年3月笔者所在医院共计对160例患者实施髋关节置换术，并以此作为临床资料以分组讨论的形式对不同麻醉方式所取得的效果进行分析，观察组患者运用腰硬联合麻醉，对照组患者运用全身麻醉。结果：在相关检测指标的比较方面，观察组患者所取得的效果明显优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：髋关节置换术中采用腰硬联合麻醉，其效果相对显著，安全性也相对较高。

목적：탐토관관절치환술중응용불동마취약물대마취효과적영향。방법：2011년2월-2015년3월필자소재의원공계대160례환자실시관관절치환술，병이차작위림상자료이분조토론적형식대불동마취방식소취득적효과진행분석，관찰조환자운용요경연합마취，대조조환자운용전신마취。결과：재상관검측지표적비교방면，관찰조환자소취득적효과명현우우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：관관절치환술중채용요경연합마취，기효과상대현저，안전성야상대교고。
Objective:To explore the influence of different anesthesia methods on the effect of anesthesia in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Method:160 patients underwent hip replacement surgery treated in this hospital from February 2011 to March 2015 were selected,and the effect of different anesthesia methods in the form of clinical data were analyzed.The observation group was treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia,the control group was treated with general anesthesia.Result:The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in hip replacement is relatively high,and its effect is relatively high.
