目的：探讨周围血管疾病老年患者介入治疗的临床护理方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析周围血管疾病老年患者150例的介入治疗护理资料。结果：42例患者介入治疗术均顺利，术中血压略微升高4例，心律失常3例，因疼痛躁动4例，均及时发现，得到妥善处理。结论：根据周围血管疾病老年患者介入治疗的实际情况，采取积极、有效的护理干预可有效提高手术成功率及治疗效果。
目的：探討週圍血管疾病老年患者介入治療的臨床護理方法及效果。方法：迴顧性分析週圍血管疾病老年患者150例的介入治療護理資料。結果：42例患者介入治療術均順利，術中血壓略微升高4例，心律失常3例，因疼痛躁動4例，均及時髮現，得到妥善處理。結論：根據週圍血管疾病老年患者介入治療的實際情況，採取積極、有效的護理榦預可有效提高手術成功率及治療效果。
목적：탐토주위혈관질병노년환자개입치료적림상호리방법급효과。방법：회고성분석주위혈관질병노년환자150례적개입치료호리자료。결과：42례환자개입치료술균순리，술중혈압략미승고4례，심률실상3례，인동통조동4례，균급시발현，득도타선처리。결론：근거주위혈관질병노년환자개입치료적실제정황，채취적겁、유효적호리간예가유효제고수술성공솔급치료효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical nursing method and effect of interventional therapy for elderly patients with peripheral vascular disease.Methods:The interventional therapy nursing data of 150 cases of elderly patients with peripheral vascular disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results:42 cases of patients had successful interventional treatment,4 cases had slightly elevated intraoperative blood pressure,3 cases had arrhythmia,4 cases had restless caused by pain,all of which were found and disposed properly in time.Conclusion:Positive and effective nursing intervention took according to the actual situation of elderly patients with peripheral vascular disease treated with interventional therapy could improve the success rate of surgery and treatment effect effectively.
