目的：探索用危急值来评估病危患者预后的方法和效果。方法采用类似诊断试验的统计评价方法，用危急值出现与否来评价病危患者的预后。结果用危急值的出现来评估病危患者的敏感度为61.44%，特异度为75.17%，误诊率为24.83%，漏诊率为38.56%。结论病危患者病情复杂，各种指标有着不同的临床意义，用危急值报告来估计病危患者的预后有一定的局限性，临床医护应当根据患者病情的变化来正确评估，适时调整治疗方案；检验工作人员应当严格执行危急值报告制度，保持与临床良好的沟通机制。

ObjectiveTo investigate the methods and measures that assess the prognosis of critically ill patients by test critical values.MethodsAll values were analyzed with statistics analysis method like diagnostic test. The prognoses of critically ill patients were evaluated with test critical values.ResultsThe sensitivity of the assessment that can be a guide to critically ill patients with critical values is 61.44%,and the specificity is 75.17%,Correspondingly,the false positive rate is 24.83%,and the false negative rate is 38.56%.ConclusionSince the complexities of critically ill patient's condition,various indexes demonstrate different clinical significance. There was limitation to some extent of evaluation the prognosis of critically ill patients by the critical values reports. Clinical health care workers should make the right assessment depending on the variation of the patient's condition and adjust the treatment proposal in time. Inspection staff should execute the critical values report system strictly and keep a good communication mechanism with the clinical staffs.
