需求是我国绿色建筑发展的根本推动力量.但长期以来,我国绿色建筑经济研究领域,关于需求侧的研究较少,使得消费者对其缺乏准确认识,绿色建筑的购买积极性不高.以绿色建筑商品房为主要对象,从消费者角度,对绿色建筑的增量成本与效益进行研究,明确了增量成本、效益的构成与计算方法,构建了基于消费者的贡献决策模型,结合具体案例进行实证分析,验证了模型的可行性,为消费者理性决策及政府科学制定激励政策提供参考.

Demand is the fundamental driving force of the development of green building. But for a long time,the focus of economic research in the field of green building is less from the demand side,make it for consumers to its lack of accurate understanding,the purchase enthusiasm of green building is not high. With commercial residential building of green building as the main object,from a consumer point of view,this paper studied the incremental costs effectiveness of green building,defined the composition and calculation methods of the incremental cost-effectiveness,constructed a contribution decision model based on consumers,combining the empirical analysis of specific cases to verify the feasibility of the model,aimed at providing references for consumers to make rational decision and for government to develop scientific incentives.
