目的：观察银杏达莫注射液对2型糖尿病动脉硬化的改善作用。方法选择我科住院的98例2型糖尿病患者，对其动脉硬化程度进行评估，包括踝肱指数（ABI）及脉搏波传导速度（PWV），同时选择40例正常糖耐量者为正常对照组。入组2型糖尿病患者进一步予以银杏达莫注射液治疗2周，再次对动脉硬化程度的指标进行评估。结果2型糖尿病患者经过治疗后，动脉硬化程度的指标ABI及PWV均较治疗前明显改善（P<0.05），且无明显不良反应。结论银杏达莫注射液对2型糖尿病动脉硬化具有明显改善作用。
목적：관찰은행체막주사액대2형당뇨병동맥경화적개선작용。방법선택아과주원적98례2형당뇨병환자，대기동맥경화정도진행평고，포괄과굉지수（ABI）급맥박파전도속도（PWV），동시선택40례정상당내량자위정상대조조。입조2형당뇨병환자진일보여이은행체막주사액치료2주，재차대동맥경화정도적지표진행평고。결과2형당뇨병환자경과치료후，동맥경화정도적지표ABI급PWV균교치료전명현개선（P<0.05），차무명현불량반응。결론은행체막주사액대2형당뇨병동맥경화구유명현개선작용。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of ginkgo dipyridamole injection on arterial stiffness in the type 2 diabetes.MethodsNinety-eight type 2 diabetes were recruited in our study,and the indices of arterial stiffness were evaluated which included ankle/brachial index(ABI)and pulse wave velocity(PWV).And 40 subjects with normal glucose regulation were set as controls.The type 2 diabetes group received ginkgo dipyridamole injection for 2 weeks,and the indices of arterial stiffness were evaluated once again.ResultsThe indices of arterial stiffness of type 2 diabetes after the treatment were improved when compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05),and the patients had no significant adverse reactions. ConclusionThe ginkgo dipyridamole injection can significantly improve the arterial stiffness in the type 2 diabetes.
