目的：探讨约束衣与约束带对老年精神病患者的优缺点。方法：收治老年精神病患者中有需要约束者100例，分两组，各50例。一组使用约束衣约束，一组使用约束带约束。对比两组的优缺点。结果：使用约束衣出现不良后果的几率明显低于约束带，约束衣依从性及满意度高于约束带。结论：在老年精神病患者中使用约束衣优于约束带。

목적：탐토약속의여약속대대노년정신병환자적우결점。방법：수치노년정신병환자중유수요약속자100례，분량조，각50례。일조사용약속의약속，일조사용약속대약속。대비량조적우결점。결과：사용약속의출현불량후과적궤솔명현저우약속대，약속의의종성급만의도고우약속대。결론：재노년정신병환자중사용약속의우우약속대。
Objective:To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the confinement clothing and confinement strap in the elderly patients with mental disorders.Methods:100 patients with elderly mental disorders were selected.They were divided into two groups,50 cases in each.A group with restraint constraints,another group with constraints strap.The advantages and disadvantages of the two groups were compared.Results:The probability of adverse consequences of the use of confinement clothing was significantly lower than that of confinement strap,and the compliance and satisfaction of the confinement clothing was higher than that of the confinement strap.Conclusion:In the elderly patients with mental disorders,the use of confinement clothing is better than the use of confinement strap.
