目的：探讨急性一氧化碳(CO)中毒的院前急救及护理对策。方法：对57例急性CO中毒患者采取院外急救及护理措施，中毒现场救治及护理措施，转运过程中救治及护理措施，入院后的治疗。结果：除4例患者在医务人员到达中毒现场前已死亡外，其余患者经治疗，均明显好转出院，未出现严重后遗症。结论：及时采取有效的院前急救及护理对策可明显降低急性CO中毒患者的伤残及死亡率。
목적：탐토급성일양화탄(CO)중독적원전급구급호리대책。방법：대57례급성CO중독환자채취원외급구급호리조시，중독현장구치급호리조시，전운과정중구치급호리조시，입원후적치료。결과：제4례환자재의무인원도체중독현장전이사망외，기여환자경치료，균명현호전출원，미출현엄중후유증。결론：급시채취유효적원전급구급호리대책가명현강저급성CO중독환자적상잔급사망솔。
Objective:To explore the pre-hospital emergency and nursing measures of acute carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods:57 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were given pre-hospital emergency and nursing measures,treatment and nursing measures at the poisoning scene,treatment and nursing measures in the transport process,treatment after admission. Results:In addition to 4 patients were died before the medical personnel arrived at the poisoning scene,other patients were significantly improved and discharged after the treatment,did not appear serious sequelae.Conclusion:Timely taking effective pre-hospital emergency and nursing measures can significantly reduce the disability and mortality of patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning.
