目的：分析两种液体复苏方法治疗感染性休克的临床疗效。方法：收治感染性休克患者66例，分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予去甲肾上腺素液体复苏治疗，对照组给予传统补液方法治疗。将两组患者复苏成功率、病死率、ICU 入住时间以及治疗前后肌酐和血乳酸变化情况对比。结果：观察组6 h 复苏成功率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组肌酐、乳酸水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组 ICU 入住时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：早期采用去甲肾上腺素液体复苏方法治疗感染性休克患者具有良好疗效，可有效提高6 h复苏成功率，改善患者肌酐及乳酸水平，减少ICU入住时间，改善患者的生活质量。

목적：분석량충액체복소방법치료감염성휴극적림상료효。방법：수치감염성휴극환자66례，분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조급여거갑신상선소액체복소치료，대조조급여전통보액방법치료。장량조환자복소성공솔、병사솔、ICU 입주시간이급치료전후기항화혈유산변화정황대비。결과：관찰조6 h 복소성공솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。치료후관찰조기항、유산수평개선정황현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조 ICU 입주시간명현단우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：조기채용거갑신상선소액체복소방법치료감염성휴극환자구유량호료효，가유효제고6 h복소성공솔，개선환자기항급유산수평，감소ICU입주시간，개선환자적생활질량。
Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effects of two methods of fluid resuscitation in the treatment of septic shock. Methods:66 patients with septic shock were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given noradrenaline liquid resuscitation treatment.The control group was given conventional rehydration method treatment.The success rate of recovery,mortality,ICU stay time,and the changes of creatinine and serum lactic acid before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of 6 hours recovery of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the creatinine and lactic acid level improvement of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ICU stay time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early using noradrenaline liquid resuscitation method in the treatment of patients with septic shock has a good curative effect.It can effectively improve the success rate of 6 hours recovery,improve the creatinine and lactic acid levels of patients,reduce the ICU stay time,and improve the life quality of patients.
