目的：探讨 HIV/AIDS 患者个体化干预的效果，为进一步提高 HIV/AIDS 患者的有效管理提供依据。方法：选择60例本辖区HIV/AIDS患者，进行个体化干预，采取一对一的个体化、分阶段、连续性干预；比较干预前、干预后3个月、干预后6个月的干预效果。结果：干预后管理依从性、艾滋病的危害教育、预防知识教育、机会性感染教育效果明显优于干预前(P＜0.05)。结论：有效的个体化干预对HIV/AIDS患者增加信心，促进患者的康复，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토 HIV/AIDS 환자개체화간예적효과，위진일보제고 HIV/AIDS 환자적유효관리제공의거。방법：선택60례본할구HIV/AIDS환자，진행개체화간예，채취일대일적개체화、분계단、련속성간예；비교간예전、간예후3개월、간예후6개월적간예효과。결과：간예후관리의종성、애자병적위해교육、예방지식교육、궤회성감염교육효과명현우우간예전(P＜0.05)。결론：유효적개체화간예대HIV/AIDS환자증가신심，촉진환자적강복，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effect of individuation intervention in HIV/AIDS patients,to provide the basis for further improving the effective management of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods:60 HIV/AIDS patients were selected in this area.They were given individuation intervention by taking one to one individual,grading,continuous intervention.The intervention effects were compared before intervention,3 months after intervention,6 months after intervention.Results:The manage compliance,the AIDS harm education,prevention knowledge education,opportunistic infections education effect after intervention were significant better than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective individuation intervention for HIV/AIDS patients can increase the confidence of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the life quality of patients.
