目的：探讨甲状舌管囊肿的CT表现及临床价值。方法回顾性分析14例手术病理证实为甲状舌管囊肿的CT资料。结果14例平扫，11例位于颈前正中区，2例偏左，1例偏右；3例位于舌骨前方，8例位于舌骨下区，2例位于舌骨上区，1例位于胸骨上区域。 CT平扫表现为圆形、类圆形囊性占位，囊内容物为基本均匀的低密度，平均CT值25～39 Hu。13例囊壁厚薄均匀，边缘光整，1例囊壁增厚，边缘毛糙。6例平扫后增强扫描，囊壁强化，囊内容物均无强化。 CT诊断与手术病理结果符合率为100％。结论甲状舌管囊肿发生的部位及CT表现具有特征性，据此可准确诊断及鉴别诊断，临床应用价值高。
목적：탐토갑상설관낭종적CT표현급림상개치。방법회고성분석14례수술병리증실위갑상설관낭종적CT자료。결과14례평소，11례위우경전정중구，2례편좌，1례편우；3례위우설골전방，8례위우설골하구，2례위우설골상구，1례위우흉골상구역。 CT평소표현위원형、류원형낭성점위，낭내용물위기본균균적저밀도，평균CT치25～39 Hu。13례낭벽후박균균，변연광정，1례낭벽증후，변연모조。6례평소후증강소묘，낭벽강화，낭내용물균무강화。 CT진단여수술병리결과부합솔위100％。결론갑상설관낭종발생적부위급CT표현구유특정성，거차가준학진단급감별진단，림상응용개치고。
Objective To study the CT findings of thyroglossal duct cyst.Methods CT data of 14 cases with thyroglossal duct cyst ( TDC) were analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results In the 14 cases,11 were in the midline of anterior cervical,2 were deviated to the left,and 1 to the right.3 cases were in front of hyoid,8 in the upper hyoid,2 underneath hyoid and 1 in the upper sternum.The CT finding was round or like circular cystic mass and the cyst contents were well-distributed low density with average CT value of 25 ~39Hu by CT plain scanning.13 cases of cystic wall thickness were uniform and smooth and 1 case was thickening with rough edge.Enhancement was conducted after plain scanning in 6 cases.The wall was enhanced and the contents of the capsule were not.The coincidence rate of CT diagnosis and surgical pathology was 100%. Conclusion The specific sites and CT findings of TDC possess some characteristics,which can contribute to diagnosis and be of great value in clinical application.
