土方工程是很多工程项目中不可缺少的一部分,制定合理的土方挖运车辆调度方案对于工程的各个方面都具有十分重要的意义.基于排队论,建立算法并且利用 Matlab 计算出最合理的挖土机数量,使单位时间内工程的总成本降到最低.阐述了基于BIM的施工模拟的理论来源及其优势,以及利用排队论中的数据和一些BIM软件来制作施工过程模拟动画的具体步骤.由排队论模型运算得出的与汽车运动状态有关的时间参数,可以用来丰富BIM模型,使每一辆自卸卡车所对应的Animation动画更加精确完整,导出的施工模拟更加真实,符合实际工程情况.数值计算软件与建筑施工软件之间的联系充分体现了施工仿真过程中信息一体化的特点.研究成果具有广泛的实用性,可以应用到土木工程管理、高校专业教学等多方面领域.

Earthwork construction engineering is an essential part in many engineering projects,thus it is very important to optimize the regulation scheme of the construction vehicle. The paper introduces the queuing theory model,and its impact on the optimized scheme of the allocation of the construction vehicle in the pit engineering. Based on the queuing theory,algorithm can be established to determine the most reasonable number of the excavator in the earthwork construction engineering using Matlab. At the same time,this paper also describes the theoretical sources and the advantages of the construction simulation,and explains the specific steps to carry out the simulation of construction process with the data from the queuing theory model and some BIM software. The time parameter of the every truck's working condition calculated by the queuing theory can be used to enrich the BIM model,thus every truck's Animation in the navisworks can be more precise and complete. The simulation animation exported can become more real,and is more likely to correspond to the reality. The relationship between the numerical calculation software and the building operation software indicates the information integration in the process of the simulation of the construction. The research results have extensive application value and can be meaningful in many areas such as the civil engineering management or teaching in university.
