Gastrodia Elata B1%Polysaccharide%Tumor
目的:探讨天麻多糖对H22荷瘤小鼠细胞周期及 caspase蛋白活性的影响。方法右侧腋窝接种 H22肿瘤细胞制造荷瘤小鼠模型。实验设模型组、高剂量天麻多糖组、中剂量天麻多糖组、低剂量天麻多糖组及环磷酰胺( CTX)组。造模后给予天麻多糖或环磷酰胺治疗。实验结束处死小鼠,比较各组瘤重、抑瘤率、caspase-3,8,9及细胞周期分布状况。结果天麻多糖可明显减轻瘤重,高剂量天麻多糖抑瘤率可达44.7%;与模型组比较,天麻多糖中、高剂量组可显著升高caspase-3,8,9水平及G0/G1期细胞百分数,降低G2/M期细胞百分数。结论天麻多糖对H 22荷瘤小鼠具有显著的抑瘤作用,其作用机制可能与影响细胞周期分布,抑制细胞增殖并激活Caspase系统诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。

목적:탐토천마다당대H22하류소서세포주기급 caspase단백활성적영향。방법우측액와접충 H22종류세포제조하류소서모형。실험설모형조、고제량천마다당조、중제량천마다당조、저제량천마다당조급배린선알( CTX)조。조모후급여천마다당혹배린선알치료。실험결속처사소서,비교각조류중、억류솔、caspase-3,8,9급세포주기분포상황。결과천마다당가명현감경류중,고제량천마다당억류솔가체44.7%;여모형조비교,천마다당중、고제량조가현저승고caspase-3,8,9수평급G0/G1기세포백분수,강저G2/M기세포백분수。결론천마다당대H 22하류소서구유현저적억류작용,기작용궤제가능여영향세포주기분포,억제세포증식병격활Caspase계통유도종류세포조망유관。
Ob jetc ive To observe the effects of Gastrodia Elata B 1 Polysaccharide on cell cycle and caspase-3,8,9 activities in H22 tumor bearing mice.Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into model,CTX,Gastrodia Elata B1 polysaccharide high,middle,low groups.Two weeks later ,tumor weight of mice,tumor inhibition rate,caspase 3,8,9 activities and cell cycle were inspected respectively .Re-sults Gastrodia Elata B1 Polysaccharide decreased tumor weight significantly , tumor inhibition rate in Gastrodia Elata B 1 polysaccharide high group got 44.7%.Compared with those of model group ,polysaccharide in middle and high groups increased caspase-3,8,9 activities and percent of G0/G1 phase cells,decreased percent of G2/M phase cells.Conclusions Gastrodia Elata B1 polysaccharide has obvious anti-tumor effect on H22 tumor bearing mice .The mechanism might be related to regulating the cell cycle distribution ,inhibiting the cell prolifera-tion and activating the caspase system to induce apoptosis .
