目的：探讨早产儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）穿刺后的最佳止血方法。方法将60例需行PICC的早产儿随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组采用无菌小纱布常规止血法，观察组采用小纱球压迫止血法，比较2组穿刺后的出血情况。结果穿刺后2组出血情况比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小纱球压迫用于PICC穿刺后止血，效果优于常规止血法。
목적：탐토조산인경외주정맥치입중심정맥도관（PICC）천자후적최가지혈방법。방법장60례수행PICC적조산인수궤분위대조조화관찰조각30례，대조조채용무균소사포상규지혈법，관찰조채용소사구압박지혈법，비교2조천자후적출혈정황。결과천자후2조출혈정황비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론소사구압박용우PICC천자후지혈，효과우우상규지혈법。
ObjectiveTo explore the best methods to stop bleeding after puncture in preterm children PICC. Methods60 cases of premature children need PICC puncture randomized control group and 30 patients in each study group. The control group was small sterile gauze to stop bleeding routine observation group with small ball of yarn hemostasis methods,bleeding between the two groups after the puncture.ResultsAfter two bleeding puncture statistically significant difference compared(P<0.05).ConclusionThe use of a small ball of yarn is superior to conventional methods of hemostas is hemostasis.
