目的：调查社区老年糖尿病患者胰岛素注射现状。方法问卷调查80名在连云港市新城社区卫生服务中心建立健康档案的老年糖尿病患者。结果社区老年糖尿病患者胰岛素注射知识掌握欠缺，胰岛素注射不规范。结论社区医院应加强糖尿病管理，提供全方位、无间隙的糖尿病教育，减少不规范注射行为的发生，提高老年糖尿病患者的生活质量。
目的：調查社區老年糖尿病患者胰島素註射現狀。方法問捲調查80名在連雲港市新城社區衛生服務中心建立健康檔案的老年糖尿病患者。結果社區老年糖尿病患者胰島素註射知識掌握欠缺，胰島素註射不規範。結論社區醫院應加彊糖尿病管理，提供全方位、無間隙的糖尿病教育，減少不規範註射行為的髮生，提高老年糖尿病患者的生活質量。
목적：조사사구노년당뇨병환자이도소주사현상。방법문권조사80명재련운항시신성사구위생복무중심건립건강당안적노년당뇨병환자。결과사구노년당뇨병환자이도소주사지식장악흠결，이도소주사불규범。결론사구의원응가강당뇨병관리，제공전방위、무간극적당뇨병교육，감소불규범주사행위적발생，제고노년당뇨병환자적생활질량。
Objectiveto investigate the community elderly diabetes patients with insulin injections.Methods A questionnaire survey of 80in Lianyungang city new city community health service center set up health files in elderly patients with diabetes.ResultsThe mastery of the knowledge community elderly diabetes patients with insulin injections,insulin injections. Conclusion Community hospitals should strengthen the diabetes management,provides the omni-directional,no clearance of diabetes education,reduce the non-standard injection behavior,improve the quality of life in elderly patients with diabetes.
