目的：研究维生素 D受体（VDR）和核转录因子（NF）-κB p65在直肠癌患者癌组织中的表达水平。方法选取直肠癌患者和正常直肠黏膜各32例为研究对象，采用免疫组织化学技术检测直肠癌和对照标本 VDR和 NF-κB p65表达水平。结果直肠癌组织有2例 VDR表达阳性（6.25％，2／32），有6例 NF-κB p65表达阳性（18.75％，6／32）；而对照组有28例 VDR表达阳性（87.50％，28／32），29例 NF-κB p65（90.62％，29／32）表达阳性。直肠癌组织 VDR和 NF-κB p65阳性表达均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论在人直肠癌组织中 VDR和 NF-κB p65呈低表达。

목적：연구유생소 D수체（VDR）화핵전록인자（NF）-κB p65재직장암환자암조직중적표체수평。방법선취직장암환자화정상직장점막각32례위연구대상，채용면역조직화학기술검측직장암화대조표본 VDR화 NF-κB p65표체수평。결과직장암조직유2례 VDR표체양성（6.25％，2／32），유6례 NF-κB p65표체양성（18.75％，6／32）；이대조조유28례 VDR표체양성（87.50％，28／32），29례 NF-κB p65（90.62％，29／32）표체양성。직장암조직 VDR화 NF-κB p65양성표체균저우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론재인직장암조직중 VDR화 NF-κB p65정저표체。
Objective To determine the expression of vitamin D receptor (VDR)and nuclear factor (NF)-κB in human rectal cancer and explore the clinical significance of VDR. Methods The specimens of 32 cases of surgically resected tissue and 32 people of con-trol were collected for detecting the expression of VDR and NF-κB p65 by immunohistochemistry. Results In the specimens of 27 cases,the VDR expression of 2 cases(6. 25 %,2 / 32)and NF-κB p65 of 6 cases(18. 75 %,6 / 32)was positive,but VDR expression of 28 cases (87. 50 %,28 / 32)and NF-κB p65 of 29 cases(90. 62 %,29 / 32)was positive in the specimens of 32 control. Compared with control,the expressions of VDR and NF-κB p65 were lower in 32 cases,and the difference between two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The lower expression of VDR and NF-κB p65 is in human rectal cancer.
