二次雷达是对海上军、民航飞行目标进行监视的重要手段之一。由于应答信号受海杂波干扰,询问机在应答信号中提取航管代码时的误码降低了目标的正确识别概率,弱化了二次雷达对海上飞行目标的监视性能。如何对受海杂波影响的应答信号进行译码以获取正确的航管代码,一直是二次雷达海上监视技术领域亟待解决的难题。本文对应答信号受海杂波影响造成航管代码译码错误的原因进行了深入分析,提出了一种基于二次雷达应答信号海杂波抑制方法,并给出了具体的实现过程,通过工程实践中验证了该方法的有效性。

Secondary surveillance radar (SSR) is one of the important surveillance means to detect civil and military aeromarine targets. However, responding signal would be interfered by sea clutter, error codes occur during the in-terrogator extracts air traffic control (ATC) codes from the responding signals will decrease probability of target i-dentification, which may degrade surveillance performance of the SSR against the aeromarine targets. To obtain cor-rect ATC codes through properly decoding of responding signals interfered by the sea clutter is a difficult problem to be resolved for the secondary surveillance radar. Causes which lead to incorrect decoding of the ATC codes due to impact of sea clutter are analyzed thoroughly. A new sea clutter suppression method based on responding signals of secondary surveillance radar is proposed, and detailed implementation is provided. Practical engineering verifies the validity of the method.
