作为同轴传输线的一种,方同轴除了和圆同轴一样具有宽频带、低色散的特点外,还有损耗小、功率大、易于加工的优势。本文参考相关文献,对方同轴进行了理论研究、设计计算、建模仿真和加工实物等一系列工作。为了接近实际情况,建模中考虑到了 SMA 连接器对传输性能的影响。仿真结果表明在6-18GHz 内,方同轴的插入损耗小于0.30dB,两个端口的驻波小于1.60;实物测试结果显示在该频段内,方同轴的插入损耗小于0.54dB,两个端口的驻波小于1.60。通过本文可以证明,方同轴在6-18GHz 内具有良好的传输特性,为在该频段使用方同轴设计大功率合成器奠定了基础。

As a kind of coaxial lines, rectangular coaxial line has advantages of broadband and low dispersion which are same as those of round coaxial line. Moreover, low loss, high power as well as easy fabrication makes it differ-ent from the latter one. Based on relevant references, a series of works such as theoretical research, computation for design, modeling, simulation and fabrication are carried out; and effect of SMA connector on transmission per-formance is also considered during modeling. Simulation shows that insertion loss is less than 0. 30dB and VSWR of two ports is less than 1. 60 within frequency of 6 ~ 18GHz. Practical measurement shows that the insertion loss is less than 0. 54dB and VSWR is less than 1. 60. It indicates that the transmission performance of rectangular coaxial line is good within frequency of 6 ~ 18GHz, which is good reference for designing high power combiner with rectan-gular coaxial line within frequency of 6 ~ 18GHz.
