目的:分析2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的相关影响因素。方法选择78例2型糖尿病患者,根据双能X线骨密度仪所测量的骨密度将入选患者分为骨质疏松组38例及非骨质疏松组40例,分析骨质疏松与性别、年龄、糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1C)、体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、尿微量白蛋白、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平的相关性。结果骨质疏松症的发生与2型糖尿病患者性别、年龄、HbA1C、尿微量白蛋白呈正相关;与BMI呈负相关;与LDL-C无相关性。结论2型糖尿病患者尤其是女性绝经后患者更易发生骨质疏松,控制血糖、血脂及体重指数在理想范围对预防及减少骨质疏松的发生有重要意义。

목적:분석2형당뇨병합병골질소송적상관영향인소。방법선택78례2형당뇨병환자,근거쌍능X선골밀도의소측량적골밀도장입선환자분위골질소송조38례급비골질소송조40례,분석골질소송여성별、년령、당화혈홍단백수평(HbA1C)、체중지수(BMI)、공복혈당(FPG)、뇨미량백단백、저밀도지단백(LDL-C)수평적상관성。결과골질소송증적발생여2형당뇨병환자성별、년령、HbA1C、뇨미량백단백정정상관;여BMI정부상관;여LDL-C무상관성。결론2형당뇨병환자우기시녀성절경후환자경역발생골질소송,공제혈당、혈지급체중지수재이상범위대예방급감소골질소송적발생유중요의의。
Objective To study the related factors of type 2 diabetes complicated with osteoporosis and to provide basis for early diagnosis,prevention and treatment.Methods 78 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and,according to dual energy X-ray absorptiometry measurement of bone mineral density,divided into an osteoporosis group(n=38) and a non-osteoporosis group(n=40).Analysis of correlation was conducted between osteoporosis and sex,age,glycosylated hemoglobin level( HbA1c) ,body mass index( BMI) ,fasting plasma glucose( FPG) ,urinary albumin,and low density lipoprotein( LDL-C) . Results The occurrence of osteoporosis was positively correlated with sex,age,HbA1C and urine albumin in patients with type 2 diabetes,and it was negatively correlated with BMI.It had no correlation with LDL-C.Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes,especially those postmenopausal female patients,are more prone to osteoporosis.Control of blood glucose,blood lipid and body mass index in the ideal range is of great significance for the prevention and reduction of osteoporosis incidence.
