目的：探讨米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法：收治分娩产妇300例，均为第一产程和第二产程宫缩无力状态，随机分为试验组和对照组各150例。试验组给予米索前列醇联合催产素，对照组给予催产素。对两组患者分娩时间、产后出血率、产后不良反应发生率、产后不同时间段出血量等进行比较。结果：对照组第三产程分娩时间明显高于试验组(P＜0.05)。试验组产后不同时间段出血量、出血患者比例、不良反应发生率等明显小于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：米索前列醇联合催产素预防产后出血疗效显著，是预防产后出血的首选药物之一，不良反应少。

목적：탐토미색전렬순연합최산소예방산후출혈적림상료효。방법：수치분면산부300례，균위제일산정화제이산정궁축무력상태，수궤분위시험조화대조조각150례。시험조급여미색전렬순연합최산소，대조조급여최산소。대량조환자분면시간、산후출혈솔、산후불량반응발생솔、산후불동시간단출혈량등진행비교。결과：대조조제삼산정분면시간명현고우시험조(P＜0.05)。시험조산후불동시간단출혈량、출혈환자비례、불량반응발생솔등명현소우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：미색전렬순연합최산소예방산후출혈료효현저，시예방산후출혈적수선약물지일，불량반응소。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:300 pregnant women were selected.They were uterine inertia state in first stage labour and the second stage labour.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 150 cases in each.The experimental group were given misoprostol combined with oxytocin,and the control group were given oxytocin.The delivery time,postpartum hemorrhage rate,the incidence of postpartum adverse reactions,and the amount of bleeding at postpartum different time were compared in the two groups.Results:The delivery time of third stage labour in the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at postpartum different time,the proportion of bleeding patients,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Misoprostol combined with oxytocin in preventing postpartum hemorrhage has a significant effect.It is one of the first choice to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,and it has less adverse reactions.
