目的：比较环乳晕切口与腋窝隐匿切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果。方法：收治乳腺纤维瘤患者86例，随机分为环乳晕切口组与腋窝隐匿切口组各43例。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症及美观满意度。结果：环乳晕切口组手术时间和术中出血量明显小于腋窝隐匿切口组(P＜0.05)。环乳晕切口组满意度明显高于腋窝隐匿切口组(P＜0.05)。结论：环乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤手术时间短、术中出血量少，且患者满意度高。

목적：비교배유훈절구여액와은닉절구치료유선섬유류적림상효과。방법：수치유선섬유류환자86례，수궤분위배유훈절구조여액와은닉절구조각43례。비교량조수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、병발증급미관만의도。결과：배유훈절구조수술시간화술중출혈량명현소우액와은닉절구조(P＜0.05)。배유훈절구조만의도명현고우액와은닉절구조(P＜0.05)。결론：배유훈절구치료유선섬유류수술시간단、술중출혈량소，차환자만의도고。
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of surround-mammary areola incision and axillary hidden incision in the treatment of breast fibroma.Methods:86 patients with breast fibroma were selected.They were randomly divided into the surround-mammary areola incision group and the axillary hidden incision group with 43 cases in each.The operation times, intraoperatve blood soss,hospitalization times,complications and beautiful satisfactions of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and intraoperatve blood soss of the surround-mammary areola incision group were significantly less than those of the axillary hidden incision group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the surround-mammary areola incision group was significantly higher than that of the axillary hidden incision group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surround-mammary areola incision in the treatment of breast fibroma has short operation time,less intraoperatve blood soss,and high satisfaction of patients.
