目的：观察中西医结合治疗育龄期妇女甲状腺功能亢进的效果。方法：收治甲状腺功能亢进患者64例，随机分为两组，各32例，对照组给予他巴，唑口服，10 mg/次，3次/d。观察组给予他巴唑口服，5 mg/次，3次/d。加服中药丹栀逍遥丸，6 g/次，2次/d。两组均治疗2个月。对比两组的疗效及两组症状改善、心率正常、月经改善、睡眠改善时间。结果：观察组总有效率93.75%，高于对照组的71.88%(P＜0.05)。观察组症状改善、心率正常、月经改善、睡眠改善时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗育龄期妇女甲状腺功能亢进起效快，且无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료육령기부녀갑상선공능항진적효과。방법：수치갑상선공능항진환자64례，수궤분위량조，각32례，대조조급여타파，서구복，10 mg/차，3차/d。관찰조급여타파서구복，5 mg/차，3차/d。가복중약단치소요환，6 g/차，2차/d。량조균치료2개월。대비량조적료효급량조증상개선、심솔정상、월경개선、수면개선시간。결과：관찰조총유효솔93.75%，고우대조조적71.88%(P＜0.05)。관찰조증상개선、심솔정상、월경개선、수면개선시간명현단우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：중서의결합치료육령기부녀갑상선공능항진기효쾌，차무명현불량반응。
Objective:To discuss the effect of combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in women of childbearing age.Methods:64 patients with hyperthyroidism were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group were given methimazole orally,10 mg/time,3 times/d.The observation group were given methimazole orally,5 mg/time,3 times/d,Chinese medicine Danzhixiaoyao pills,6 g/time,2 times/d. Two groups were treated for 2 months.The efficacy of the two groups were compared with the two groups of symptoms improvement, heart rate normal,menstrual improvement,sleep improvement time.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.75% ,higher than that in the control group of 71.88% (P<0.05).The symptoms of the observation group,the heart rate was normal,the menstrual improvement, the improvement time of sleep was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism in women of childbearing age is outstanding,with no obvious adverse reactions.
