目的：观察并分析针灸在防治缺血性脑卒中的效果以及临床规律。方法：收治缺血性脑卒中患者100例，平均分为两组。对照组给予常规方法进行疾病的预防，试验组在对照组的基础上，根据患者的疾病分型给予不同的针灸治疗，观察，对比两组患者治疗后的效果。结果：试验组的总有效率96%，明显高于对照组的64%(P＜0.05)。结论：在给予缺血性脑卒中患者针灸治疗时，要根据患者的临床表现进行对应的治疗，可有效提高患者的治疗效果。

목적：관찰병분석침구재방치결혈성뇌졸중적효과이급림상규률。방법：수치결혈성뇌졸중환자100례，평균분위량조。대조조급여상규방법진행질병적예방，시험조재대조조적기출상，근거환자적질병분형급여불동적침구치료，관찰，대비량조환자치료후적효과。결과：시험조적총유효솔96%，명현고우대조조적64%(P＜0.05)。결론：재급여결혈성뇌졸중환자침구치료시，요근거환자적림상표현진행대응적치료，가유효제고환자적치료효과。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in preventing and treating ischemic stroke and its clinical characteristics.Methods:100 patients with ischemic stroke were selected.They were divided into two groups averagely.The control group were given routine method for disease prevention,and the experimental group on the basis of the control group according to the patient's disease type were given different acupuncture treatment.The effect of patients in two groups after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 64%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with ischemic stroke,the corresponding treatment according to the clinical manifestations of the patients can be effectively improved.
