以神农架巴山冷杉林二类清查资源数据为基础,通过建立土壤碳密度与林分平均胸径的关系模型,估算土壤有机碳密度,探讨土壤碳密度的空间分布特征.结果表明:神农架巴山冷杉林0~20 cm 和0~40 cm 土壤碳密度分别为75.25 t?hm-2和130.89 t?hm-2.土壤碳密度最小值出现在海拔2200 m 以下,最大值出现在海拔2800~3000m.巴山冷杉林在北坡土壤碳密度最大,而东南坡土壤碳密度最小.巴山冷杉林随着年龄的增加,土壤碳密度有逐渐增加的趋势,与幼龄林相比,过熟林0~20 cm 和0~40 cm 土壤碳密度分别高15.66%和16.47%.

Based on inventory data of Abies fargesii forest in Shennongjia,the soil carbon density was estimated by es-tablishing model between soil carbon density and forest average DBH,and then the spatial distribution of soil carbon den-sity was discussed.The results showed that soil carbon density was 75.25 t ? hm-2 in 0 ~ 20 cm layer,while that was 130?89 t?hm-2 in 20~40 cm layer.The minimum soil carbon density occurred in the altitude of 2 200 m,and maximum appeared in the altitude between 2 800~3 000 m.The soil carbon density on the north slope was the maximum,while soil carbon density on the southeast slope was the least.With the increasing of tree age,the soil carbon density also increased gradually.Compared with the young forest,soil carbon density of over mature forest in 0~20 cm and 0~40 cm increased by 1 5.66% and 1 6.47% respectively.
