采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验及能谱扫描的方法,对42 CrMo钢导向端轴断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:端轴断口附近区域存在非金属夹杂物,且加工过程中的热处理制度不当,未得到理想、均匀的回火索氏体组织。淬火导致端轴边缘部位产生体积膨胀及应力集中,致使端轴在非金属夹杂物处形成微裂纹。随着裂纹的不断扩展,最终端轴断裂失效。
採用宏觀檢驗、化學成分分析、力學性能測試、金相檢驗及能譜掃描的方法,對42 CrMo鋼導嚮耑軸斷裂的原因進行瞭分析。結果錶明:耑軸斷口附近區域存在非金屬夾雜物,且加工過程中的熱處理製度不噹,未得到理想、均勻的迴火索氏體組織。淬火導緻耑軸邊緣部位產生體積膨脹及應力集中,緻使耑軸在非金屬夾雜物處形成微裂紋。隨著裂紋的不斷擴展,最終耑軸斷裂失效。
채용굉관검험、화학성분분석、역학성능측시、금상검험급능보소묘적방법,대42 CrMo강도향단축단렬적원인진행료분석。결과표명:단축단구부근구역존재비금속협잡물,차가공과정중적열처리제도불당,미득도이상、균균적회화색씨체조직。쉬화도치단축변연부위산생체적팽창급응력집중,치사단축재비금속협잡물처형성미렬문。수착렬문적불단확전,최종단축단렬실효。
By means of macrographic inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing,metallographic examination and energy spectrum scanning,the fracture reason of guide bearing of 42CrMo steel was analyzed.The results show that the fracture was occurred due to non-metallic inclusions and unreasonable heat treatment mechanism.The expectanted uniform tempered sorbite structure was not obtained.Quenching treatment led to volume expansion and stress concentration on the edge of guide bearing,and then microcrack formed at the position of nonmetallic inclusions,finally with the crack extending the guide bearing fractured.
