目的：探讨催眠疗法联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型郁证的临床疗效。方法：将60例郁证(肝郁气滞型)患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组各30例。治疗组给予催眠疗法联合逍遥丸治疗，对照组给予逍遥丸口服治疗。结果：治疗组有效率83.33%，对照组有效率60.00%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：催眠疗法联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型郁证的疗效显著。
목적：탐토최면요법연합소요환치료간욱기체형욱증적림상료효。방법：장60례욱증(간욱기체형)환자안취진순서수궤분위량조각30례。치료조급여최면요법연합소요환치료，대조조급여소요환구복치료。결과：치료조유효솔83.33%，대조조유효솔60.00%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：최면요법연합소요환치료간욱기체형욱증적료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of hypnotic therapy combined with Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of qi stagnation type of liver depression.Methods:60 patients with qi stagnation type of liver depression were randomly divided into two groups according to medical order,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given the hypnotic treatment combination with Xiaoyao pill,while the control group were treated with Xiaoyao pill.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,while the control group was 60%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of hypnotherapy combined with Xiaoyao pill has significantly effect in the treatment of qi stagnation type of liver depression.
