采用最小隶属度加权平均偏差法,用改进的模糊综合评判模型,根据区域创新能力相关的数据指标集,采集了河南省及其周边9个省的相关数据,对河南省区域创新能力进行了综合评价,而且从不同侧面反映了河南区域创新能力的优势和劣势.

With a minimum membership weighted average deviation method, by using the improved fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation model, and based on data related to urban innovation capacity index set, this paper collects the relevant data of both Henan Province and its surrounding nine provinces, conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the innovation capacity of Henan Province, which reflects the province's strengths and weaknesses of innovation ca-pacity from different perspectives.
