目的：本文报告对36例胃肠道息肉经内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)后护理的体会。术前充分和患者沟通，详细介绍内镜下治疗全过程，打消患者疑虑。术后密切观察患者生命体征，进食情况，腹痛腹胀，恶心呕吐，是否有呕血及黑便。
목적：본문보고대36례위장도식육경내경하점막절제술(EMR)후호리적체회。술전충분화환자구통，상세개소내경하치료전과정，타소환자의필。술후밀절관찰환자생명체정，진식정황，복통복창，악심구토，시부유구혈급흑편。
This paper reports the nursing experience of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) for gastrointestinal polyposis in 36 cases.We adequately communicate with patients before operation,detaily introduct endoscopic treatment process,reassure the patient.After operation,we closely observe the vital signs,eating situation,abdominal pain and abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,whether hematemesis and melena of patients.
