新疆某金矿矿石以中细粒自然金为主,矿石中白云石、石墨和黏土等泥质脉石矿物对金精矿品位影响较大。针对该矿石的特点,采用尼尔森选矿机有效地回收了中细粒自然金,并应用新型起泡剂5号油有效地提高了浮选金精矿品位。通过尼尔森重选—浮选全闭路试验流程,获得重选金精矿品位129 g/t、回收率46.23%,浮选金精矿55.41 g/t、回收率39.96%的较好指标,金总回收率为86.19%。

Fine native gold dominates the ores from a mine in Xinjiang.Dolomite,graphite and argillaceous gangue minerals like clay have great influence on the grade of gold concentrates.In light of the ore properties,Nelson concentrator is employed,effectively recovering the fine native gold from ores,and the flotation gold concentrate grade can be improved by the application of new frother 5 #oil.The grade of the gravity gold concentrates is 129 g/t,the re-covery rate is 46.23 %,and the grade of the flotation gold concentrates is 55.41 g/t,the recovery rate is 39.96 %, and the overall gold recovery rate is 86.19 %.
